Before you fill in the questionnaire we would like you to know that we are doing our best live up to the following values. Using the tools one should be able to map the most relevant competencies connected to handling a job in a successful way, and discuss these competencies in a free and open atmosphere. Therefore the tools, the discussion and the evaluation of the results should comply with the following:

• Be based on a language and a reality understood and communicated by all parties.
• Increase quality of life and values for the involved parties.
  
  
• Enable a dialogue where the background for all evaluations and decisions can be discussed in relation to theory, method and the respondent’s actual pattern of answers. We will strive to avoid subjectivity and guesswork in the evaluation.
  
  
• Provide an open process, avoiding psychological mystique and hence the respondent’s anxiety towards any "in-depth psychological disclosures". None of Garuda’s tools are made for that.
  
  
• Be part of a process of creating balance and equality between people, so that no personality is seen as better or more valuable than others.

Certified users

This system is only open for Garuda customers who have been trained and certified in using our tools. To be a Certified User, you have to live up to strict requirements concerning ethics, theoretical knowledge and practical experience within the field of human resource management and development. Only with these requirements on the part of our Certified User, that is the person who are giving you feedback, can we help you to get the right position and the best career for you.
